Mentor Program

In an effort to assist in the professional development and success of all New Jersey Section professionals, the Employment Committee has created a new mentor program. Lead by Employment Committee Chairman, Joe Kelly, the mentor program includes a list of PGA Professionals that have distinguished themselves as leaders in specific areas such as teaching or merchandising as well as overall professionals. The PGA of America's Employment Center is a great tool for both PGA Professionals as well as the general public. It allows Head Golf Professionals to post a job and search through thousands of resumes which have been posted on the site as well as allowing younger professionals the opportunity to search through current openings throughout the country.

The site also caters to the general public who are looking for entry level positions, outside operations, golf shop managers and caddie masters.
